I get pics from so many different people and a lot of them are duplicates, but they are all in different files for each scrapbook I am making so it makes them hard to clear. HELP!!!!!!!

i have upgraded to a new computer and do alot of scrapbooking and have lots fonts stored in my old computer. how can get those fonts all to to my new computer??
