but want to start digital computer scrabooking. What is a good program I can easily install on my computer and fairly easy to use?

I would get the Creative Memories Storybook Plus Software. Thats much like Photoshop Elements 6.0 but for beginners. both Storybook and PSE 6.0 are about $60-80. I use both

I help my mom make albums on our computer and they look amazing! we use storybook creator. it's made by Creative Memories. i think one version is free and the nicer version is like $40. we just made a 12×12 family album and it looks great! hope this helped

It is optimized to be an easy start for those who make their first steps in digital scrapbooking. It comes with hundreds of free templates and also has planty of opportunities to uncover your creativity.

http://www.scrabookflair.com has a free downloadable program for this OR you could use scrapbook designer by Broderbund (printshop) and creative keepsake magazine (bought this in Australia for $20 at Officeworks.
