I do digital scrapbooking and computer crafting and I own so many graphics I can't keep them straight. I'd like to find a program that will let me add key words so I can easily search for just the right graphic when I need it.

A very popular program that I would highly recommend is Picasa. Picasa is a google product that you run from your computer, as opposed to being an online-only program. Picasa searches your computer, and categorizes what it finds, with the capability to add tags or keywords.

You might look at this article about photo editing software because lots of them have image managment features.
