		<description>I would probably upgrade. The price is fairly reasonable, and I believe since you&#039;re upgrading, you&#039;d qualify for at least a little break on the price or a rebate.

I had Elements 2 at one time. The user interface is much improved now, and the organizer is also better.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
