Scrapbooking seems to be mostly dealt with in the hobbies and crafts category, (under games and recreation), so you may need to try that if you don't get many helpful answers here.

You would need Cardstock paper not construction paper.

To apply the rub ons you will need a Popsicle stick

Join this site here it's great very helpful! Tips and lessons and such here..

I love to scrapbook and it's really fun and easy all you really need is your own style and an imagination and your pages will come alive. You can use anything you want as far as decoration. I use anything and everything I can find. I like to use construction paper, tissue paper, various printed paper, wall paper swatches, and much more for backgrounds, frames, borders and more. You can also use things like brads, ribbon, and other decorative pieces to bring your page to life. There are websites you go to for beginners or you could go to a local scrapbook store they often have in store classes. As for the rest you kind of just learn as you go. That's how I started and I love all my pages. Although I have to say that if your not serious about scrapbooking and you don't know for sure that your going to stick with it you might want to rethink this hobby because it takes a lot of time to make your pages just perfect and a lot of scrapbooking items are pretty pricey.
