I have just begun to do alot of desktop publishing, scrapbooking and cardmaking online. I want to make sure that what i print out and create looks as good as it can. What type of pc should i purchase (besides MAC.. i am not ready to transfer everything to a MAC) thanks in advance

The printer is the most important thing, invest in a quality colour printer to get the best print outs, the PC you use has no effect on the quality of the print outs, its the software on it and the printer.

Well any modern PC should be good enough. Just make sure its got a nice big harddrive (320gb-500gb) as you may be handling alot of draughs and templates.

Photoshop is the program you will probably be using for the card making and all modern graphics cards will run it easily.
