This isn’t a programme, but through the website you may be able to. It’s been a while since I’ve been there, though.

Use CropMom at
It was designed by a digital scrapbooker for digital scrapbookers. Register and upload your photos. Then click Get started and choose a canvas size.
Drag and drop your photos onto the canvas. Then drag and drop the embellishments onto the canvas. There are thousands of graphics to choose from. Add your own text. You can rotate and resize photos and graphics. You can also do some photo editing, such as changing the photo to black and white.
Save your layout. Go to the My CropMom page and click on your saved layout. You can downlaod it for free in low-resolution, which is all you need for a DVD. Low-resolution is screen quality. Save it to your computer and make your DVD.
