Top Line Creations also sells digital scrapbooking software at http://www.topline-creations.com (must purchase through a consultant) However, it is very fast & easy to use allowing you to use pre-formatted designs or start from scratch. Finished projects can be shared by saving to cds, emails, printed on your printer, a print shop or bound in book format by TLC. Everyone raves about this software! It's so versatile, but easy enough that a child can use it. HTH

Of course it depends on what kind of scrapbook you have in mind. I get 4 x6 prints done at Walmart to make mini-photos with--but that's because I don't have a Cosco or any of those other places near me. JoAnn Fabrics has a nice supply of albums which go on sale frequently. Good luck.

Just a suggestion, but have you looked into digital scrapbooking? There are software out there very affordable and I have seen places on line. Also many print shops now offer digital printing where you email your photos and they put them in scrapbook format digitally. Creative Memories has something on this line as well, not sure of the cost. Hope this was helpful.
