Do you mean for digital scrapbooking or for normal scrapbook printing?

Photoshop is more a photo editing software program.
For digital scrapbooking try any of these:, and
I purchased the Creative Keepsake Scrapbooking software, what a total waste of money, it was inexpensive because it is a cheap product.
