You know scrapbooks are designs using cuttings and stuff? Well the online version is basically the same, except you use your paint program.

Take a look, these are digital scrapbooking materials

Scrap means a small piece or bit; a fragment, discarded waste material, especially metal suitable for reprocessing.

No a scrap book is a plain sheet type notebook or binded pages where you paste pictures of events and memorable pictures. It is like a photo album but you create it in a artsy format, it could one page, my day at the ballpark, with glues ticket stubs and pictures taken at the game, could feature a wedding day, anything of rememberance that is personal to your life and events you have experienced.. Does that help?

It's a living book you create that is personal to you. It could have fabric glued to the covers and can get quite elaborate, or quite simple, depending how much work you want to put into your scrap book. It also serves as a history and sortta a photo journal.
